CHECK-INS

Hand over keys to the tenant to help the landlord have a smooth start of tenancy. Tenants will run through the property before signing

CHECKOUTS

The inventory will be used to run through the property condition before the tenants moved into the property.
Document any dilapidations and send a report to the landlord so they can go to the DPS.
Add in references to photos on inventory that co-inside with the dilapidations.

MID-TERM INSPECTIONS

Visit the property on behalf of the landlord to inspect and write up a detailed report of the properties condition and anything that needs rectifying either by the landlord or tenant.

This will be an unbiased opinion to ensure the property is kept up to standard.

This can be used as evidence in a DPS dispute at the end of the tenancy to show tenants were notified to rectify any damage to the property.

It also helps ensure properties are inspected by a professional as this will be a requirement by law in the near future.

INVENTORIES

This is a detailed document to show the condition of the property before tenants moved in.

This can be done for furnished, unfurnished and commercial property.

This document will be as important as a tenancy agreement as it will be used as evidence in a deposit dispute between the landlord and tenant.

This document helps protect landlords and tenants as it is an unbiased document. Tenants will also get 7 days to make any amendments to the document they believe has been missed.
