SERVICES

CHECK INS

To help landlords have an easy start to the tenancy we will do the handover of documents and keys.

The inventory will be sent to the tenants at the check in.

CHECK OUTS

We will use the inventory to run through the property condition before the tenants moved in.
A report with any dilapidations will be sent to the landlord so they can input a claim with their chosen deposit service.

INTERIM PROPERTY VISIT

We will visit the property on behalf of the landlord to inspect and write up a detailed report of the condition. This will include anything that needs rectifying either by the landlord or tenant.

This can be used as evidence in a deposit dispute at the end of the tenancy to show tenants were notified to rectify any damage to the property.

It will be an unbiased opinion to ensure the property is kept up to standard.

INVENTORIES

This is a detailed document to show the condition of the property room by room before a tenant moves in.

This can be done for a furnished or unfurnished property.

This document will be very important for a tenancy as it will be used as evidence in a deposit dispute between the landlord and tenant. It also helps protect both parties.
